A large group of us went to the restaurant this past weekend and experienced the worst service any of us have ever had! We were making allowances to the fact that there were a lot of people (17) to serve, but there was no excuse for the unforgivably, rude behavior and poor attitude of our server.The moment we came in she was literally slamming drinks down in front of all of us.
She earned the name `beer/paprika chicken nazi` at one point for the awful way she doled out beers and took orders, then came back with incorrect orders and blamed us for the mistakes. Two people out of the group of 17 did not even get their meals until the rest of us were finished with our food. One poor soul was never served a meal at all! She never apologized! We were never offered free drinks or food to redeem the restaurant for all o the mistakes.
She then took our cash and credit cards and overcharged us for the food. I went back to get her to count the money again and asked to see the money. She would not let me have it. I then asked for the $11 back she had charged extra on my card and she said she was going to go give some credit card slips to another table and would be right back.
I said `hey, I want my money now, you shouldn't be walking away from me! Let's finish this.`
She proceeded to walk away with blatant disregard. I then only got $5 back from her counts.
I realize now we should have called the management over, but were too irate to even deal with anyone else in the restaurant. We will never go back to the restaurant and will be telling everyone we know, never to step foot in the restaurant.
